Chef Michael Baudat

Having found a love for cooking at 8 years old, Michael has been in a continuous pursuit to create delicious food for the majority of his life. Aside from producing his delicious salsa, Michael works as a full time banquet chef producing food for concerts, weddings, and private events as well as a private chef creating personalized meals. Within the past decade, Michael has had the honor of being able to prepare food for several high profile people including Texas Lt Governor Dan Patrick, comedian Dave Chappelle, astronauts Fred Haise and Walt Cunningham, as well as musicians from several top tier touring bands.
